Gautam Handa
Founder & CEO
Gautam has worked for more than 20 years in M&A, fundraising and corporate development in India and Europe. He has rich experience in both financial advisory (with Kotak, Edelweiss and ABN AMRO) and business operations (with Fourth Partner Energy, a leading solar IPP). Gautam is also an advisor at a platform of United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) for mentoring companies in sustainability. Gautam is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and BBA from University of Delhi.
Tomoyo Okada
Senior Advisor, Japan
With 20+ years of M&A experience Tomoya-san specialises in India-Japan deals. He understands Indian businesses from his time working here on transactions for Japanese clients. He now runs a boutique advisory firm, Manas Capital Partners, focussed on Indo-Japan corridor. Tomoya-san has earlier worked with leading Investment Banks GCA Savvian and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, in Tokyo and Mumbai. Tomoya-san is an MBA from Aayoma Gakuin University, Tokyo.
Sweta’s 20-year career spans across M&A, project finance and fundraising at both advisory firms and corporates. She has very strong expertise in the energy sector, having advised leading power companies in India. She has earlier held senior positions with leading renewable energy companies including Atria, Acme and Vikram Solar and worked in Investment Banking and advisory firms including E&Y, Axis Bank, Morgan Stanley and Frost & Sullivan. Sweta is an MBA from XIM Bhubaneshwar and BSc. Mathematics from St. Xavier’s Kolkata.
